How to get started? Please read the following instruction carefully. We'll guide you step by step.
First Step
Book your stand: Click the button below to get to the Online Exhibitor Services. There, start with section 1 (Stand booking).
Enter your profile information, book your stand and accept our Terms and Conditions.
Make sure to "submit" every page individually. Once submitted, you cannot change it again.
This applies to every page in the Online Exhibitor Services.
Important note
The tabs "Company Details" and "Main Contact" in your profile info need to be saved in addition to the submission.
After completing section 1: Thank you, we will review your stand request.
In the meantime
Go through the other sections of the Online Exhibitor Services and see what else you need.
Every page in the Online Exhibitor Services has a submission deadline. Please stick to it.
If you order something from the Online Exhibitor Services, keep in mind that you have to put it in your basket, then click on "Open in basket" and then on "Complete order" to actually finish your order. Submitting the page is only the first of two steps.
For O1- tenants and agencies
This process also applies to tenants in the O1 Order Center and agencies booking a stand for an exhibitor.
Don't worry, you'll get the hang of everything soon enough.
What's next?
Create your company profile - your new business card
Edit profile
Here, check your company details. Make sure all the information of your main contact and, if needed, an additional person is entered correctly.
Upload your corporate logo, too.
Team members
Add team members to your exhibitor profile so that visitors can request meetings with those responsible.
Products
Highlight products fromyour assortment by adding photos or product videos and relevant information.
Brands
Add one or more brands to your company profile.
Important note
Visitors and other exhibitors will be able to view your profile, so take your time with it.
There are a few other features in your company profile but the ones above are the most imoprtant. You'll find out about the rest soon.

Here, you get a general statistic overview of your company's profile.
Guided tours
For more details on the individual features of the dashboard, click on the question mark button on the right-hand side of the page.
You'll finde these short guided tours not only in the Networking area but throughout the entire platform. They can be very helpful to get additional information.
Other features
You can also view your schedule, manage your meetings or check your messages in the Networking area.

How to get the ticket
Tickets are personalized. That means you won't be able to access any tickets in your exhibitor profile.
Important: To get your ticket, you have to log in as a person. Please use your team member profile for that or make sure to create one if you haven't already.
Have your ticket at hand
You still need a ticket to enter our halls. So all that's left to do now is print your badge and pack your bags. If you don't want to print it, just show us the badge on your mobile device.
