We are mountain sports pioneers.

As Europe’s leading backpack manufacturer, and sleeping bag experts,  we have been shaping the international mountain sports scene for more  than 125 years. Our product innovations, German craftsmanship, and  cutting-edge designs result in products that are without compare.

And it’s how we help you enjoy the mountains and nature to the full:  deuter gives you that freedom. And yet we also aim to protect the  natural world we love for future generations.

So we take our responsibility toward people and planet seriously: by using resource-efficient manufacturing, making  long-lasting products, and fostering fair working conditions. In the  hope that we can share our love of mountains with you for many years to  come.
